Joint Design
A simple connection system eliminates the traditional problems with lattice tower installations; bolt loosening and recurring bolt re-torquing. Interference Fit Drive Pins – Non-loosening and maintenance free, the interference joint design does not rely on friction or bolt tension. The steel-on-steel contact combined with minimal joint friction from the installation process creates a non-slip joint in both operational loads and extreme events. Tested to 20 year fatigue limits, the nut requires no re-torquing.
