Wasatch Wind Adds Vice President Finance and CFO

Heber City, Utah – August 13, 2007 – Wasatch Wind Inc. (WW) today announced the addition of Brett Woodard to the position of Vice President of Finance and CFO.

“Brett adds deep experience in structuring and closing of complex project finance packages, which is a critical success element in WW’s development business.” said Tracy Livingston, chief executive officer of Wasatch Wind. “Brett’s expertise augments our talented development and engineering team’s, and will help enable the roll-out of our wind projects supported by the company’s unique tower and Hi-Jack™ Lifting System products”.

As Vice President Finance and CFO, Mr. Woodard will lead activities to structure and raise capital for the project development division, a key strategic area for the company. Mr. Woodard will also lead the corporate finance and accounting functions of Wasatch Wind.

About Brett Woodard

Mr. Woodard has over 25 years experience in arranging international and domestic project finance for infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Wasatch Wind, Mr. Woodard was the Head of Nokia Customer Finance North America. In that position he was lead in arranging project financing packages for major Nokia customers in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to Nokia, Mr. Woodard was employed by G.E. Capital as V.P. NTFC Capital in the Vendor Financial Services group. While in that position he led GECC’s efforts in closing a major participation in the Sprint PCS project finance package and also was involved in creating a profitable portfolio of infrastructure loans to start-up alternative access and wireless telecommunications companies. Mr. Woodard most recently served as Acting CFO at ESIN, a new telecommunications network operator in Upstate New York where he was a key member of the equity acquisition team. He holds a B.S and MBA, Finance from the University of Utah, and also has additional graduate education in the PhD Finance program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
